Overview

Mantle respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Mantle infringes your copyright, send us a notice with the information below.

How to Submit a Copyright Notice

Send notices to hello@onmantle.app with "Copyright Notice" in the subject line and include:

• Your name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The specific URL or location of allegedly infringing content.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, authorized.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Process

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original claimant and may restore content where appropriate.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or otherwise violate intellectual property rights.

Misuse

Submitting knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create legal liability. Please only submit claims you are authorized to make.
