Competition Rules

Scope

These rules apply to gym-hosted competitions run through Mantle. Competition format, discipline, registration windows, and scoring settings are configured by organizers in the app.

Organizer Responsibility

• Organizers are responsible for route setting, schedule, and final event operations.
• Organizers must publish accurate event details and scoring criteria.
• Organizers may remove or disqualify participants for rule violations.

Participant Conduct

• No cheating, score tampering, or collusion.
• No harassment or abusive behavior toward staff or other participants.
• Follow gym safety rules and organizer instructions at all times.

Scoring and Results

Leaderboards are generated from scores submitted under the event's configured scoring format. Display names, scores, and rankings may be visible to all app users during and after a competition.

Disputes

Scoring disputes should be raised promptly with the event organizer. Mantle may assist with technical review but does not guarantee adjudication of all organizer decisions.

Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

Organizers may change schedules or cancel events. Mantle may limit or suspend competition features to protect platform integrity, user safety, or service reliability.

These rules are in addition to the Mantle Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control.
